Mark Eastman Grew up in Haysville and South Wichita. He started his education career at WSU, then transferred to Coffeyville Community College where he got his associate’s degree in Agri-Business. He then played college basketball at Friends University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in religion and Philosophy. He started his work career in youth ministry during the early 80s and moved to Woodward Oklahoma To get his Masters’s degree. After moving back to Haysville he went to work for WSU in the TRIO program counseling middle school and high school youth in USD 259 schools system in career and college planning. Then went to work for Friends University in the adult admission office where he got a master’s degree in Information Technology Management. He then went to work for the Haysville Schools system as an IT specialist. He continued to work in the IT field for 16 years. He was the director of Tutoring for the TRIO Program for several years. He taught at the college level for several postsecondary educational schools. . He has been involved in many years of volunteer coaching for several Haysville teams. He has two grandchildren who live in Olathe and never get to come down enough!! Mark grew up in Haysville Kansas and still calls it home. His favorite things about Haysville include the people, the safe town, and his church family at Haysville First Christian Church. The small-town feel, with an excellent school system, is a wonderful combination for raising Kids. He also loves to take his kids and grandkids to the Haysville Fall Festival, and other event held at Haysvlle Ks. He also likes to work at the pasture that has been in his family for 6 generations and take the grandkids down to fish at the ponds there. He has been a realtor from 1990 to date. He loves helping people find the house of their dreams and then getting it for them. He also enjoys helping those who want or need to sell their house and he has the experience in the current market and knowlege of that market to get your house sold. He is a teacher at heart and likes to teach people through the house selling and buying experience.
